Job Title: Front Staff Location: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture Language Requirements: Japanese (N2 or above), English, Chinese, Korean (additional language skills are a plus) Salary: Monthly salary of 173,000 yen to 204,000 yen (hourly wage contract employee) Benefits: Biannual bonuses (performance for FY 2018: 4.3 months worth), full transportation costs covered, complete social insurance, system for promotion to full-time employee Working Hours: Shift system (early, late, and night shifts available) Holidays: Complete two-day weekend system, more than 104 days off per year Job Description: General front desk duties including check-in and check-out processes, accepting accommodation reservations, providing information via phone and counter. No prior experience necessary. Qualifications: Welcoming and smiling personality, basic computer skills, ability to commit to long-term employment preferred.
